What is the Invitations Icon used for

The Invitations feature is used only when you need to send an assessment to someone individually using their email address, rather than distributing a shared campaign link.

This is most commonly used for individual assessments, such as a Leadership or Self-Assessment, where a participant:

• receives a direct invitation by email
• logs into the platform to complete the assessment
• can download their own report immediately after submission

✅ This option is ideal when results are intended for one specific person, rather than being combined into a broader organisational campaign report.
