How to download the reports

MRI Benchmark & Verbatim Comments Reports

Once the assessment has been completed by all respondents it can be closed. After it is closed, your reports will be available to download.

Automated Reports (Included in the Platform)

There are two automatically generated reports: (Please Note: Reports are not available till there is a response)

1. MRI Benchmark Report

This report provides your organisation’s overall benchmarked score, along with an explanation of the MRI Benchmark assessment and how to interpret the results.

✅ Important: The Benchmark Report includes only respondents who fully completed the assessment.

2. Verbatim Comments Report

This report contains all open-text verbatim comments submitted by participants.

✅ Important: The Verbatim Comments Report may include feedback from participants who did not complete 100% of the assessment. Blank spaces are where the respondent did not continue

Optional Specialist Analysis (If Included in Your Plan)

If your plan includes support from a MarketCulture specialist, you will also receive:

1. MRI Benchmark Analysis Report

A deeper interpretation of your results, including:

SWOT and risk analysis
An AI Readiness Index
Key strengths, gaps, and recommended focus areas

2. Verbatim Comments Analysis Report

A structured analysis of the written feedback, including:

Common themes and patterns
Sentiment insights
Key outcomes and practical takeaways based on respondent comments

Once you have the 2 automated reports please forward to mri@marketculture.com to be analysed. Analysis report to be provided within 24 hours from receipt of email.
