How to launch an Assessment

Quick and Easy way to launch an MRI Benchmark Assessment

Click the Campaign icon in the left-hand menu.

  1. Inside Campaigns, click the Add (+) button on the right-hand side.
  2. Select Public Campaign.

What is a Public Campaign?

A Public Campaign creates one shared link that all respondents can use to complete the assessment.

Copy this link and distribute it using your existing email system (or any internal communication channel). This avoids having to enter every respondent’s email address individually and helps reduce the risk of invitations being missed, blocked, or sent to junk/spam folders. Email scripts are available in the help section.

Set Up the Campaign Details

  1. Enter a Campaign Name.
Recommended is a clear naming format such as:
Company Name – Department (if required) – Date
    (Example: MarketCulture – Sales – Jan 2026)
  2. The Campaign ID will automatically populate.
  3. Select the User Group you created earlier. eg. All Employees
  4. Click Next.

Select the Assessment

You will now choose which assessment version to use:

  • MRI Benchmark Assessment (N) – Respondents enter their name when the enter the assessment
  • MRI Benchmark Assessment (A) – Fully anonymous (no name required)

Reminder: Results are always combined into one overall report, and responses remain anonymous in reporting.

Set the Quota Limit

Next, set the Quota Limit (maximum number of respondents):

  • Pilot campaigns are limited to 10 respondents
  • Paid versions allow unlimited respondents

Tip: Set this number higher than you expect, so you don’t accidentally restrict participation.

Copy the Assessment Link

You’ll then arrive at the Embed Settings page.

Copy the URL beginning with:
https://app.marketculture.com/pub…
is the link you’ll send to respondents.

Launch the Campaign

Once the link is copied, you can launch the campaign and begin collecting responses.

If you lose the link

No problem—simply:

  1. Click on the campaign
  2. Go to Distribution
  3. Copy the link again from there

You can now monitor the responses to the campaign
