# What is the Invitations Icon used for

Individual Assessments

The **Invitations** feature is used only when you need to send an assessment to someone **individually** using their email address, rather than distributing a shared campaign link.

This is most commonly used for **individual assessments**, such as a **Leadership or Self-Assessment**, where a participant:

-   receives a direct invitation by email
-   logs into the platform to complete the assessment
-   can **download their own report immediately** after submission

✅ This option is ideal when results are intended for **one specific person**, rather than being combined into a broader organisational campaign report.
